Happy New Year's Everyone! Here is a great new Muesli Munch banana muffin recipe to try: Ingredients:  2 cups pancake/waffle/muffin mix1 cup milk (any type)1 whole egg1/2 cup brown sugar or honey or agave1/4 cup butter, or coconut oil (softened, not melted)2 ripe bananas mashed Instructions: 1: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth.2: Add 1-cup Muesli Munch and other nuts or carob chips, etc. pumpkin puree, applesauce, anything you like.3: Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Cranberry Walnut Currant Muesli Cookies (or Bars)  INGREDIENTS:  ¾ cup butter 2/3 Cup honey ¼ cup packed light brown sugar 2 Large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla  1 cup whole wheat flour  1 1/3 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt  1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups Sean’s Organic Walnut Currant Muesli Munch  ½ cup old fashion rolled oats  1 cup (sweetened) dried cranberries INSTRUCTIONS: Heat oven to 365 BEAT: butter, honey, brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed until blended.
