Muesli Munch Bananna Muffins



1: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth.

2: Add 1-cup Muesli Munch and other nuts or carob chips, etc. pumpkin puree, applesauce, anything you like.

3: Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Make 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes, or until golden brown, enjoy!

Muesli Munch Chocolate Bars 

Muesli Munch Bars Recipe



1: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and agave nectar to a fluffy texture. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, sea salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Next stir into the mixture: Muesli Munch, bananas and dark chocolate chips.
2: Line 1 large jellyroll pan with baking paper, add the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out dry.
3: Once out of the oven, let it cool for about 15 minutes, and then cut into squares to serve the Muesli Munch bars. Serving Suggestions:1: Muesli Munch bars go great served warm out of the oven with a cold glass of milk or hot coffee.
Note: Muesli Munch bars can also be well sealed in foil, then once taken out of the deep freeze and adjusted to room temperature, can be sliced and served.


Muesli Munch Cranberry Walnut Muesli Cookies (or Bars)
  Cranberry Walnut Currant Muesli Munch Bars


Heat oven to 365
BEAT: butter, honey, brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed until blended.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt in small bowl and beat into butter mixture until smooth.
Stir in Muesli, oats and cranberries.

Cranberry Walnut Currant Muesli CookiesFOR COOKIES:
Drop by spoonful on lightly buttered cookie sheet – Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown
FOR BARS: pour batter into lightly greased cake pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Will be chewy and great to pack cookies on a hike as they will be a bit more firm and crunchy.


Muesli Munch Raspberry Muesli & Oat Bars


Rasberry Muesli & Oatmeal Bars


Heat oven to 350

  • 1/3 cup of organic honey
  • 1/2 cup of organic whole wheat flour ½ cup- unbleached flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup of Sean’s Organic Gluten Freedom Muesli Munch (but you can substitute your favorite of Sean's Muesli Munch Blends!)
  • 2/3 cup organic soft butter (mix to make crumbs)

Mix above ingredients together to make crumbles

¾ cup of Organic Raspberry Jam (or whatever your favorite jam is: strawberry, blueberry, etc)

In an 8” square pan take 2 cups of crumble mixture spread in the bottom of the pan

Spread Raspberry Jam ¼” from the sides, then Sprinkle remaining mixture over the top and press into the Jam

Bake 40 minutes, let cool and then cut into bars.

Muesli Munch Chewies for Kids

Step 1: Add together ¾ cup Grade A Organic Maple Syrup and
½ cup organic honey
Heat until clear
Step 2:  Melt 1 package of Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
Step 3: Add to Step 1
½ cup organic peanut butter and
2 cups Sean's Organic Muesli Munch and
2 cups Organic Brown Rice Puffs and spread into cake pan
Step 4: Put Step 2 on top of this mixture and refrigerate until hard.  Serve with milk or hot chocolate!


Muesli Munch Date Muffins 


  •  ¾ Cup, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any Flavor)
  • ½ Cup Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat Flour
  • ½ Cup Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour
  • ¼ Cup, Organic Flax Seed (whole or ground)
  • 1-teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1-teaspoon Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ a teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Half an Organic Banana (Mashed)
  • 1 Organic Whole Egg (Beaten)
  • 2-Tablespoons Organic Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil
  • 1 Cup Organic Whole Yogurt  (Whole yogurt makes this recipe taste much better than non-fat.)
  • 1-Tablespoon Organic Agave Nectar
  • 1-teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Dried Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 4 Chopped Dried Figs, or equivalent raisins
  • 1/2 Cup, Organic Walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 Cup, Organic Carrots shredded


1: Chop the fruit and nuts and fold them into the muffin mix.
2: Lightly butter muffin cups or use paper cups, fill about ½ full.
3: Bake at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes.
4: This recipe makes about 12 delicious Muesli Munch Muffins.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Once out of the oven, let muffins cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
2: These muffins go great served warm out of the oven with a cold glass of milk.

Muesli Munch Flatbread Recipe


  •  2 ½ Cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any Flavor)
  • 1 ½ Cups Organic (Whole Grain) Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder/Soda
  • 1 Cup Of Water
  • ¾ Cup Organic Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil


 1: Pre-heat the oven to 380 degrees.
 2: Mix all 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon or hand mixer.
 3: Cut 2 sheets of baking paper, which will fit in the baking tray or trays depending on the chosen portion size.
 4: On top of a large cutting board, place the mix in the center of one sheet of baking paper, then put the other piece on top.
 5: Press the mix from the center and evenly distribute the whole mix, if pressed out too much then place back in the center or fill in any sections without mix.
6: Once the mix is flattened out how you want it, use a cutting knife or pizza slicer to press square shapes, horizontally first and then vertically.
7: Once the squares are cut how you like, remove the top sheet of baking paper, and then pull the mix on the other sheet of paper onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Try serving the Muesli Munch Flatbread with an assortment of cheeses – brie is especially good. And a pear on the side and you have a nutritious mini meal on the go!
2: Try serving the Muesli Munch Flatbread with some good old REAL butter on top.
3: Try serving the Muesli Munch Flatbread with various fruit jams or a bit of honey.
4: Try serving the Muesli Munch Flatbread with almond, peanut or seed butter.
5: Muesli Munch Flatbread also goes great just served plain or slice some cucumbers or peppers with some Swiss cheese.  Now that’s a little piece of heaven.


Sean's Muesli Munch Cranberry Coconut Bread Pudding


6 Organic Eggs
1/2 c. organic maple syrup  or 1/2 organic brown sugar
1 TB of Organic Cinnamon
1 TB Organic Nutmeg
1 TB Organic Vanilla
1/4 c. milk (2% organic, organic soy or organic almond)
1 TB Baking powder
2 Bags Sean's Organic Cranberry Coconut Muesli Munch

Directions: Mix all the above ingredients together well except the Muesli Munch.  After it's well blended add the Muesli and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then put in the oven and bake at 370 or until a knife comes out clean.  Let stand and set up (until it pulls away from the pan) before munching.  

Options:  Put in a bowl and heat up then add whipping cream or 1/2 and 1/2 over the top!  A second option is Vanilla Ice Cream served with Sean's Cranberry Coconut Muesli Munch  --- Mmmmmm!


Muesli Munch Bread Loaf



  •  7 Cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any Flavor)
  • Add 1 cup of mixed organic whole almonds and walnuts, because the whole nuts add a great aesthetic to the bread when sliced.
  • 6 Organic Whole Eggs
  • ½ Cup Organic Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt


1: Whip eggs well with hand mixer.
2: Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all with a spoon.
3: Put into bread loaf pan (9 by 5 inches) lined with baking paper.

4: Bake in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 330 degrees for 70 minutes.
5: When bread has cooled it is ready to slice and serve.


Serving Suggestions:
1: Serve a slice with peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey on top.
2: Serve a slice either plain or with butter and a touch of salt with any meal.
