Muesli Munch Banana Muffins



1: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

2: Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Make 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes, or until golden brown, enjoy!


Muesli Munch Chocolate Bars 

Muesli Munch Bars Recipe




1: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and agave nectar to a fluffy texture. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, sea salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Next stir into the mixture: Muesli Munch, bananas and dark chocolate chips.
2: Line 1 large pan with baking paper, add the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out dry.
3: Once out of the oven, let it cool for about 15 minutes, and then cut into squares to serve the Muesli Munch bars. 

Serving Suggestion:

1: Muesli Munch bars go great served warm out of the oven with a cold glass of milk or hot coffee.


Muesli Munch Cranberry Cookies (or Bars)
  Cranberry Walnut Currant Muesli Munch Bars


Heat oven to 365 degrees.
BEAT: butter, honey, brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed until blended.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt in small bowl and beat into butter mixture until smooth.
Stir in Muesli, oats and cranberries.

Cranberry Walnut Currant Muesli CookiesFOR COOKIES:
Drop by spoonful on lightly buttered cookie sheet – Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
FOR BARS: pour batter into lightly greased cake pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Muesli Munch Raspberry Bars


Rasberry Muesli & Oatmeal Bars


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • 1/3-cup of honey
  • 1/2-cup of whole wheat flour 1/2-cup unbleached flour
  • 1/2-teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8-teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-cup of Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any flavor)
  • 2/3-cup soft butter (mix to make crumbs)

Mix above ingredients together to make crumbles.

3/4-cup of raspberry jam (or whatever your favorite jam is: strawberry, blueberry, etc)

In an 8” square pan take 2 cups of crumble mixture spread in the bottom of the pan.

Spread raspberry jam ¼” from the sides, then sprinkle remaining mixture over the top and press into the jam.

Bake 40 minutes, let cool and then cut into bars.


Muesli Munch Date Muffins  

  •  3/4-cup, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1/2-cup whole grain buckwheat flour
  • 1/2-cup whole grain oat flour
  • 1/4-cup, flax seed (whole or ground)
  • 1-teaspoon baking powder
  • 1-teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2-teaspoon baking soda
  • Half a banana (Mashed)
  • 1 whole egg (Beaten)
  • 2-Tablespoons olive oil or grape seed oil
  • 1-cup whole yogurt (whole yogurt makes this recipe taste much better than non-fat.)
  • 1-Tablespoon honey
  • 1-teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 dried dates, pitted and chopped
  • 4 chopped dried figs, or equivalent fresh blueberries
  • 1/2-cup, walnuts chopped
  • 1/2-cup, carrots shredded


1: Chop the fruit and nuts and fold them into the muffin mix.
2: Lightly butter muffin cups or use paper cups, fill about ½ full.
3: Bake at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes.
4: This recipe makes about 12 delicious Muesli Munch Muffins.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Once out of the oven, let muffins cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
2: These muffins go great served warm out of the oven with a cold glass of milk.


Muesli Munch Flatbread


  •  2 ½ Cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (Any Flavor)
  • 1 1/2-cups (whole grain) flour
  • 2-teaspoons sea salt
  • 1-teaspoon baking powder/soda
  • 1-cup of water
  • 3/4-cup olive oil or grape seed oil


 1: Pre-heat the oven to 380 degrees.
 2: Mix all 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon or hand mixer.
 3: Cut 2 sheets of baking paper, which will fit in the baking tray or trays depending on the chosen portion size.
 4: On top of a large cutting board, place the mix in the center of one sheet of baking paper, then put the other piece on top.
 5: Press the mix from the center and evenly distribute the whole mix, if pressed out too much then place back in the center or fill in any sections without mix.
6: Once the mix is flattened out how you want it, use a cutting knife or pizza slicer to press square shapes, horizontally first and then vertically.
7: Once the squares are cut how you like, remove the top sheet of baking paper, and then pull the mix on the other sheet of paper onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Serve with an assortment of cheeses – brie is especially good.
2: Serve with various fruit jams or a bit of honey or add butter.
3: Serve Flatbread with almond, peanut or seed butter.
4: Muesli Munch Flatbread also goes great with sliced cucumbers and Swiss cheese.


Muesli Munch "Bread" Pudding


  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1/2-cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1-Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1-Tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1-Tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4-cup milk (any type)
  • 1-Tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 Bags Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)

Instructions: Mix all the above ingredients together well except the Muesli Munch. After it's well blended add the Muesli and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then put in the oven and bake at 370 or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand and set up (until it pulls away from the pan) before munching.

Serving Suggestions: Put in a bowl and heat up then add whipping cream or plain yogurt on top! A second option is Vanilla Ice Cream served with Sean's Muesli Munch --- Mmmmmm!


Muesli Munch "Bread" Loaf


  •  7-cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1-cup of mixed whole almonds and walnuts, because the whole nuts add a great aesthetic to the bread when sliced.
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1/2-cup olive oil or grape seed oil
  • 2-teaspoons sea salt  







1: Whip eggs well with hand mixer.
2: Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all with a spoon.
3: Put into bread loaf pan (9 by 5 inches) lined with baking paper.
4: Bake in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 330 degrees for 70 minutes.
5: When bread has cooled it is ready to slice and serve.














Serving Suggestions:
1: Serve a slice with peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey on top.
2: Serve a slice either plain or with butter. 





Muesli Munch Peach Cobbler

Ingredients: (Filling)

  •  4-cups peaches, firm + skinned (about 5 peaches, cut in 6 pieces each)
  • 1/3-cup honey (mix with peaches)
  • 1-Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2-teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/2-teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients: (Topping)






  •  2-cups of Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1 1/2-teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 6-Tablespoons melted butter (mixed)



1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2: Place filling in 9-inch buttered pan.
3: Top with topping and bake 30 minutes.






Serving Suggestions:

1: Serve with whipping cream.
2: Serve with vanilla ice cream.


Muesli Munch Meatloaf


  • 1 1/2-pounds ground meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-can diced tomatoes
  • 1-bag of Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1-cup of BBQ sauce
  • 2-teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce


1: Mix thourourly and shape into meat loaf in baking pan.
2: Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
3: Take out top with 1-cup of heated BBQ sauce and let stand for 10 minutes. 

Serving Suggestions:

1: You may serve with additional BBQ sauce, ketchup and mustard.
